Sealed Bids for the Town of Warsaw Stormwater Treatment Facility Completion will be received at the office of the Town Manager, 78 Belle Ville Lane, Warsaw, Virginia 22572, until 2:00 PM local prevailing time on Friday, April 26th, 2024 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The project consists of completion of miscellaneous items remaining uncompleted from prior Contractor’s Work for the construction of a stormwater management retention facility, including riprap berm extension, riser structure modification, additional fill and stabilization of Earthen Embankment, erosion stabilization, and removal/relocation of recently planted trees. An As-Built Survey is also included, following these Work items. Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis.

The procedure for withdrawal of bids shall be in accordance with procedure B.1 of Section 2.2 - 4330 of the Code of Virginia.
BIDDER’S attention is invited to the requirements of Section 54.1 of the Code of Virginia pertaining to registration and contractor licensure. The bidder shall place on the outside of the envelope containing the bid and shall place in the bid over his signature whichever of the following notations is appropriate:
